From our first visit with our Salesman Patrick Redman to the delivery and install service by Brad and Bill, we have been impressed and happy with the excellent customer service provided by Big George's team. Patrick led us through the selection process of our new kitchen appliances with knowledge and an understanding of our needs. Brad and Bill were so meticulous and careful during the delivery and installation on a rainy morning! It's worth staying out of the big box stores to find this level of professionalism.

My family has been shopping at Big George's for decades. We shop here for our homes and our dance studio business. The customer service is unbeatable, and the quality of their products is dependable. When my parents bought a cottage in Holland, they still bought all of the kitchen appliances from Big George's. We can't imagine shopping anywhere else. We are so grateful for all they do for our family.

Bobby and Curtis were courteous, friendly and careful during the delivery and installation process. Would recommend Big Georges and all three gentlemen to anyone looking for appliances, delivery and installation.
