My experience was not good. The office customer service rep was very rude and adversarial. They did come out and remove a dead animal from my unit but did not fix the issue I had with my air conditioner. When contacted two days later that the unit still did not work they did not reach out to me to resolve the issue. I still have an air conditioner that does not work and they are still claiming I owe them 67.00 for removing a dead animal which I would have paid if my air conditioner actually was fixed. I did not call for dead animal removal I called to get my air conditioner fixed. They have continued to be very adversarial when talking with them. I do not recommend this business and strongly recommend calling another company if you want friendly service.
