Welsch Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. They showed up just after 7. They were polite, professional, and friendly. They cleaned up the mess and left nothing behind. They send 2 or 3 crews to get done early because a holiday party. They were cracking me up they seemed to enjoy working together.

Thanks Welch Heating and Cooling, great professional team from the moment I called them to the days after the install checking back to make sure everything was working as designed. Explained all the pros and cons, saved us from a less professional company, saved us money, and ensured the money we spent was focused on our needs and wants while also providing the return on investment in operating cost savings. Installation team was great, careful and also took the time to educate us on our new systems better than the manuals do. I fully support and recommend this team of professionals.

I do have to say it has been my absolute pleasure working with you guys for the past year and a half. Todd Jason, Doug, Matt and Paul have been nothing but amazing and easy to work with. The onsite guys do amazing, detailed oriented work and I couldnt be more thankful for Welsch sending such a trustworthy, hardworking crew to get our project done.

They advertise as giving out free estimates. Well I guess that could be true but I could not even get one. I requested one from a guy named Denny on July 19. It is now July 31 and no response. My church said that I should mention the name of my church as it might help as Welsch does all the work and replacements for my church. Maybe they only want to do the big jobs like Sunrise Church, but I also was looking to replace both a/c and furnace. Will always recommend that Welsch never be give any consideration for any type of work from me.

Sub-par service from beginning to end. From the sales person providing different information as the installers, the installers leaving a mess in the basement, to the inspection process being messed up.

We have used Welsch Heating and Cooling for over 22 years, and we have always been impressed by the professionalism and competency of their service people. Seth D. has been servicing our furnace and AC recently, and he is simply the best! Professional, friendly, and he goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. Seth recently installed a humidifier for us, and I felt like the education I received was as valuable as the actual humidifier. We will always stay with Welsch because of Seth and the top-shelf level of service.
