Almost every A/C that we replace comes back to the shop and the condenser coils are plugged with dirt and cottonwood. Please keep your furnace filters clean and wash your A/C coils with water or you will get a visit from the A/C grim reaper! We would be happy to do it for you if you are up to the task.
When the mother of young twins call with a broken down old A/ C.we get it replaced in a hurry. However, the house looses power as we back into the driveway. Postpone? Heck no. Work in the dark and make a fort out of the Air Conditioner box! # onegreatfulmomma.
