Yankee Remodeler of New London is a full-service general contractor - which includes everything from cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, to the actual construction and more! We specialize in remodeling services to residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, government & non-profit agencies. At Yankee Remodeler you will find that we are big on communication and we explain each step of the project from beginning to end. Our team is easy to work with, we clean up meticulously every day, and we keep construction disruptions to a minimum.
It all started in 1971, with Harry Mantzaris and Fred Bolles, founders and original proprietors of Yankee Remodeler of New London, Inc. Their vision for Yankee Remodeler was to remodel and paint quality homes. When they opened the doors, they primarily serviced residential customers. As time went on, they expanded into light commercial and industrial projects, which has grown into a large percentage of our business today. In 2008, Harry sold the business to Karl Bagwell, a long time employee. Karl shares Harry and Fred's vision for Yankee Remodeler and continues to strive for excellence.

Our full service workshop is here for both our residential and commercial customer's woodworking needs. Our shop is equipped with a CNC machine which allows us to machine parts for assembly more accurately.
