We had been very pleased with some plumbing repair and installation that Nahman did for us a few years ago, so when we needed HVAC help recently with a vent-duct invasion, we decided to give that side of their business a try. Our technician was Said, who was prompt, courteous, creative, and willing to work with me and accomodate my requests. He made creative use of several unusual tools we had on hand (like a snake pole) to extricate what turned out to be an abandoned birds' nest in our vent exhaust, and did a good job giving us a makeshift cover for the vent until we can get it fully repaired.
