Gerard's team did a complete master bath and closet renovation for us. Everyone we welcomed into our home was friendly and professional. As changes and problems came up (as they inevitably will in a project this size), Gerard was always quick to respond and consistently found fair and suitable solutions. Gerard understood the quality and detail we were looking for, and delivered a beautiful bathroom. Gerard built a beautiful 2 car garage for us. He was extremely professional at all times, listening to the details of what we wanted in our garage. We added a large shed dormer to this old attic and tore down a center chimney. We install all new windows. All the walls and rafters were spray foamed, sheetrock and primed. The new windows were trimmed with square pine and we finished the room with prefinished oak flooring.
We tore out a 1980 ish kitchen and gutted it down to the studs. We removed a dividing wall to achieve an open concept. We installed a new window, new white shaker style cabinets, Corian countertop, white farmer’s sink, under cabinet lighting, and the new kitchen was finished with dark engineer flooring throughout.
