Steve @ Sam Mechanical is efficient, courteous and extremely attentive. I have been working with Steve for awhile and he always gets the job done in a timely manner, and does amazing work. I would highly recommend Sam Mechanical for any plumbing repairs. :

We had a furnace stop working late on a Friday night and called Sam Mechanical around 11pm and arranged for next morning service - Steve was early for a 7am start and spent a lot of time explaining what was going wrong and how to fix it. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. 3 days later (New Years Day) a different issue arose and we were without heat again and Steve spent over an hour on the phone talking me through how to fix the problem which saved us waiting for service and the cost of another service call. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend giving them a try.

I called Steve at Sam Mechanical for a kitchen sink/faucet problem. He called me back within 5 minutes and arrived approx. 30 minutes later after completing another job. He knows his stuff! He explained every step of the procedure and even had to go to Blackman for a better faucet. This is the second experience I've had with Sam Mechanical and HIGHLY recommend them. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and very fairly priced.
