I usually don't go online and rate companies but in this case I cannot help myself We had itak Heating and Cooling come out to replace a complete heating and air conditioning unit as well as the hot water heater at my dad's old house I am also in the service industry and I always try to take care of my customers I have to say without a doubt this was one of the most professional companies that I've ever dealt with Brad Cole was the technician in charge of replacing both units.
His attention to detail and his customer service skills are some of the best I've ever seen The experience that I had with this company for exceeded my expectations If you have a need for anything to do with heating and cooling I wouldn't call anyone else but itak
