Very professional and provided great customer service. Took their time and went above and beyond installed 2 new thermostats, and helped with other issues we were having at our office. Friendly, knowledgeable, and highly recommend. Was offered (and used) 2 window units during the switch out, thought i would have to buy them myself. Were on time, job done within time frame given. Didn't leave a mess behind, and even replaced hinge on my crawl space door when i didn't ask. They filed for the warranty which was also a plus.
