Marshall does do good service work, unfortunately after on service I had discovered a mistake in their billing to my credit card. It was a simple mistake but they had overcharged me. I repeatedly called the office and received promises that they were about to return the money in the acknowledged mistake. After 1 month of this they finally stopped by and dropped off a check for the funds, without so much as an apology for the mistake or the delay in returning the funds. If this was only a review of their service abilities then the score would be higher.
