Rick Hartman of Hartman Brothers is a class act. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. When an issue came up with our new furnace, he requested the Lennox representative come and assess the problem. When the initial problem couldn't be solved, Rick insisted on talking with Lennox and changing the furnace with a different exhaust duct system at no cost to us. The installers were very knowledgeable and friendly as well as being extremely neat. The furnace works great and is quiet and efficient. We would definitely recommend Hartman Brothers to everyone. Great customer service and an honest reputable business!
