I had a problem with my 2.5 year old AC unit....which I was not expecting at all considering is kind of new still. I contacted SM Air and they were very professional from the time the took my call, to the time they took payment. They were there the next day, took are of the problem quickly and affordably, the technician took all the Covid-19 precautions as far as wearing a mask and maintaining safe distancing. One night without AC during hot Texas summer was plenty for me and I now have them on speed dial...just in case. Honest, fast and affordable... They truly do more and they care!

My air conditioner was intermittently working and my home had gotten pretty warm, I called after hours & the repairman came right away. My unit was fixed in less than an hour and my home was quite comfortable.

Service personnel are polite, punctual, and professional. Texans can put up with a lot. We tend to be tough, but not when it comes to our air conditioning. We'll rope a rattler and wrestle an Alligator but we NEED our A/C to be as strong as we are or we all turn into a hot mess. I trust SM Air with my A/C.
