After being without a/c for over a week, I was scheduled to have repairs done today, but am now being told that they can't because there are puddles on my street from rain yesterday afternoon. It has not rained AT ALL today and there's only a 20% possibility. I fielded 2 calls with excuses about "the weather" before 8am this morning when they were supposed to be there between 10am-1pm. NO, I can assure you that it does not rain UNDER my house. NO, your materials will not get wet in the slight possibility that it rains because I have covered parking you can use.

They also called my landlord to tell her it was raining, and it was not. Apparently they want to reschedule another 4 days from now? Unacceptable. Technician Josh didn't seem concerned that I pointed out that they were full of crap either. The tech that came out to do the initial assessment last week was great, but the rest of my interactions with this company have been garbage. They didn't even get the quote to my landlord until Monday when the assessment was done the previous Thursday.

They were supposed to call me to schedule on Monday and did not - I had to make contact with them on Tuesday to even get on the schedule for two days later (today). I hope their office a/c goes out and no one is able to fix it for over a week and gives them dumb/invalid excuses on why it's "impossible."
