I originally had another company come do a diagnostic on my furnace with the end result of getting charged an arm and a leg and still had the same issue with the furnace, and the diagnosis of needing a furnace replacement. I called Mountain Air and ask them to come check it for a second opinion. Jake came by and quickly found our problem was nothing more than internal filters were blocking the air flow. He didn't even charge us. I was so relieved and thankful. I can't say enough how great this company is. They are honest and fair. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Jake truly saved us.

I work with Hospice. I asked Mountain Air if they would be willing to help out a gentleman who was without heat, struggling with his medical condition and cold. They graciously went straight out to the gentleman's home and fixed his furnace the very same day. No charge. Thank you so much for your kindness! You are very much appreciated!

Our AC quit working and we called for someone to come out and fix it. We called in the morning and within a couple of hours Fred came to fix it. He was very professional and thorough. He tested several things that might be wrong with it, then recommended the most economical fix. We appreciate his efforts and honest, professional conduct.
