Thank you so much for everything! We called Valley for repair on our air conditioner. It was going to be a few days but we had an urgent situation. Our daughter is very medically fragile and sick and could not tolerate a hot house. They had someone out within a few hours. Then we had a weird size part that was going to take a few days to find. The guys at Valley figured it out and our air is up and running again. They were all super nice, very helpful and they didn't even charge me for the emergency service. Valley will be our heating and air guys from now on, and I can't say thank you enough!

I would HIGHLY recommend Valley to anybody looking for HVAC services. I set up the install of our AC until back in April when we purchased our new home. The finish date kept getting pushed back, so I had to reschedule with Brian a number of times. He was ALWAYS incredibly nice and understanding. During one conversation about the equipment he uses he stated "if I wouldn't use it in my house, why would I put it in somebody else house?" I find that companies that operate with this kind of integrity are extremely rare these days.
The person who installed the AC, Chris, was incredibly nice and very helpful. This is my first home so I was a little unsure of some AC thing so I emailed Brian. He quickly called me back, talked me through some things, and even stopped by the next morning to check everything himself. (It was user error, nothing at all to do with the equipment or installation). Finally, Valley is very reasonably priced. Best I found in the gobs of research I did :) Do yourselves a favor and hire Valley!
