Complete Building Services (CBS) was established in 1963 in response to a growing need for building engineers and maintenance professionals in Washington, DC-and has since turned into one of the most reputable facilities management, operations and maintenance companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Following the energy crisis in the 1970s, CBS created the Energy Management Division to offer customers computerized management of their buildings' mechanical and lighting systems. After a half-century of success, CBS further expanded to include complete facilities management services, and now maintains major facilities for private and government clients throughout the Washington Metropolitan region.
Our Service Department is known for their rapid response to our customers' HVAC mechanical, electrical, plumbing service and repair needs. The division's Mobile Maintenance Fleet of fully equipped vehicles and trained personnel are dispatched 24x7x365 to perform scheduled maintenance tasks and address customer emergencies at 250+ building locations throughout the Washington DC area. The CBS Service Division provides swift response to meet clients' HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing needs.
