I've been using him for years and have 3 homes that he takes care of. 2 are vacation rentals. He's the best. I can always count on him to come right away. Which means a lot to me as I want my renters to have a great vacation. He has saved me sooo much money over the years. I'm redoing my home this year and insisting that my contractor use him to redo my units. Can't find a better person around and I have used others. You will not be sorry. Use him.
