Electric Heating Systems

Hotfoil has a long, established history of product innovation and quality. Since its founding in the United Kingdom in the mid 1960's, the company has gone through several changes in ownership and management. In 1993, my father, Neville Richards, and I took ownership of Hotfoil, Inc. In 1996, Electric Heating Systems (EHS) was formed to provide equipment to the heat treating industry. In 2007, we recognized the value of producing our own transformers, both for internal needs as well as external sales.

For years, the Hotfoil-EHS metalworking and fabrication shop has been dedicated to manufacturing a premier line of heat-treating and industrial heating products, but recently Hotfoil-EHS has expanded capabilities and is now servicing several new markets. In 2018 we decided to expand our metalworking and fabrication shop and open it up to the public. Our goal was to enter markets with custom solutions for customers' specific needs. Although there are many competing companies to choose from, they mostly offer just standard products and designs.

Hotfoil-EHS powder coatings provide our customers with exceptional quality in powder coating anything they desire using dry-powder, electrostatic coating methods. From prison doors to automotive parts and accessories, our large spray booth and powder coating oven allow us to do it all. Our knowledge and expertise provide our clients with a flawless thick, hard finish - much more durable than conventional paint and coating methods. Powder coating is a durable dry spray coating process for metal parts (in some cases plastics and fiberboard can be powder coated).
