Services
Fertigation
Fertigation combines fertilizer application with irrigation systems for continuous lawn nourishment. Our patented system delivers precise nutrient levels daily through weatherproof equipment boxes containing 10-gallon supply tanks. This method reduces chemical runoff by 40% while maintaining vibrant green color year-round. Weekly nutrient micro-dosing prevents the feast-or-famine cycle of traditional treatments.
Irrigation
Smart irrigation systems utilize Wi-Fi-enabled Hunter Hydrawise controllers that adjust watering schedules based on local weather patterns. Our bi-annual maintenance includes system activation with pressure checks and winterization with air-blowout procedures. The technology reduces water waste by 30% while preventing overwatering damage through automated adjustments.
Aeration and Reseeding
Our Aeration and Reseeding Program addresses summer lawn thinning through core aeration followed by 6 lbs/1000 sq ft seeding with 100% weed-free grass varieties. The process includes peat moss application for difficult areas and customized irrigation programming. Follow-up visits ensure proper germination and establishment through specialized watering protocols.
Lawn Treatments
Customized treatment schedules combat common lawn threats using seasonally optimized applications. Our programs include pre-emergent herbicides for crabgrass prevention, systemic grub control, and targeted fungicide treatments for dollar spot and brown patch diseases. The Virginia-specific calendar features 15 monthly treatments addressing regional climate challenges.
Mowing
Professional mowing services maintain optimal 4.5-inch cutting height to promote deep root development. Our walk-behind mowers prevent soil compaction while weekly inspections identify stress indicators early. The program reduces fall reseeding needs by 60% through consistent height maintenance that enhances drought resistance and disease prevention.
