I am Rodney Sprague, founder of RSI Floors and Walls, Inc. Initially, I started my career by working for my grandparents' home improvement store during summer vacations and weekends in 1998 and worked there as a flooring installer until 2012. My grandparents opened their store sometime around 1970, offering many products and services including flooring, paint, wallpaper, blinds, installation services, cleaning supplies and even appliances for a while. My family has been in the home improvement business in the Mount Snow valley for three generations and I am glad to bring this experience to our clients today.
