Floor Gurus

Floor Gurus is a second generation flooring company, owned and operated by Josh Reid, who originally moved to Greenville in 1999 with his father, Brian, to start a quality flooring company. When Josh was young, he was an apprentice to his father who installed and repaired floors, including hardwood, carpet, laminate, and vinyl. Josh's first job was as a Sales Consultant for a high-end flooring store in Stuart, FL with seasoned owners and experts in the industry. His installation experience gave him the edge over peers because he could help clients make educated decisions on the best product for their needs.

Sanding and refinishing hardwood floors is a multi-step process and while you could always do it yourself, let's be honest - it's not a fun or an easy task! Here at Floor Gurus, we sand and refinish all floor wood types. Our hardwood refinishing process will include a stain and polyurethane coating in your choice of stain. With our expert experience, we examine your existing floors and honestly tell you if we can selectively preserve existing hardwood floors that are savable or we will make a recommendation for new floors.
