We had an amazing experience with Villa. In the show room we spent a lot of time with Holly. She was awesome in helping us set up an appointment for installation and teaching us about different carpets. The installers also did a great job! If we need carpet again, Villa will be the only place we go. Thanks Villa!

Just a note to say how much we appreciate Villa Carpet's recent service to my son. He is in a wheelchair, and the individual that gave him an estimate for a laminate flooring at his house was very respectful to him, talking directly to him rather than his mother who was also present (my son later commented this was what made him use Villa instead of the two other companies that gave him estimates). Also, Villa diligently worked on a solution for a transition trim piece which had become damaged and had to be replaced with a different design (free of charge). We will certainly recommend Villa to all our relatives and friends. P.S. we are all very pleased with the flooring that was installed!
