Here's a small pine kitchen floor I sanded and finished last week. This client wanted a gloss sport polyurethane because of her dogs wear and tear.

To any of my clients with large dogs, or a house load of children: please give me a call or text five years after I finish your floors. I will stop by and evaluate how your finish is holding up. If it is showing hard wear, I can give you a quote for a recoat so it doesn't wear through to bare wood. Recoating is comparatively less expensive than resanding and finishing. Estimates are free.
