Being a family owned and operated business, headquartered in southeast Nebraska, just 60 miles southwest of Lincoln, our company strives to utilize the rural midwestern tradition of hard work and excellence into every project that we do.
Located on the north edge of Diller, Nebraska on Hwy 103 just 60 miles southwest of Lincoln, NE, family owned and operated Lottman Carpenter Construction started in 1976 working locally on small construction projects from basement wall replacement to livestock containment buildings to sidewalks and patios. We struggled through many hard years of an up and down economy. As we slowly grew locally, we had the opportunity in 1980 to bid on the foundation and floor for a new Wal-mart in Marysville, KS.
Lottman Carpenter Construction specializes in commercial, industrial and retail slabs on grade. On all projects of considerable size we incorporate the use of a Somero S-240 Laser Screed as well as multiple 10' hydrostat power trowels to insure that all Floor Flatness (FF) and Floor Levelness (FL) requirements are met. No Floor tolerance is too high for us to achieve. We also have experience with dry shake on hardeners and other special concrete toppings. While slab on grade concrete work is our primary specialty, foundation work goes hand in hand with a good building project.
