Talboy Construction, Inc. is a General Construction Company specializing in design-build projects since 1989. We rely mainly on repeat business and word of mouth for our work. Using this approach we have completed projects throughout the Northwest, California and Hawaii. Approximately 10% of our work is obtained from the public bid market. Public bidding keeps our pencils sharp and helps us stay abreast of new, competitive, sub-contractors and new construction techniques. We typically work with Owners to establish budgets and completion time before we begin to coordinate architectural and engineering work.

Designed and Constructed a 120'-0" x120'-0" x 32'-0" repair and maintenance hangar in Kenmore Washington for the Murnro Family Partnership. Constructed an eight room independent living facility including kitchen, laundry and handicapped bathing areas for client, Tami Nichols. Designed and constructed 66'-0" x 70'-0" x 24'-0" airplane hangar. Project included site work, plumbing, electrical and interior office for client, Kasey Lindsay. Designed and constructed various projects including a laboratory remodel, a (5) acre corn processing line and husker building, truck scales, humidifier buildings, warehouses and seed dryers for client, Novartis Seed & Cengenta.
