John Fuchs Properties: Construction & Real Estate has been owned and operated by the Fuchs Family for over 30 years. Nestled between the ocean and the mountains our company has found a place to call home in beautiful Rio Del Mar, CA. JFP has designed and built many homes, custom additions and completed an extensive amount of remodels, working with many local architects and designers. We employ a group of full time carpenters and have assembled a team of reliable, high quality sub-contractors and material suppliers.

We work alongside many talented designers and sub-contractors who help us provide you with every service necessary to complete the project. We will be involved in every phase of the process, from the initial designing to the securing of permits to the actual building of your new home, we will be there all along the way.
