We at Dekalb Surveys pride ourselves in performing accurate surveys in a timely manner as well as in our expertise in working with clients; whether it's a homeowner looking to construct a fence, an architect seeking a site plan for submittal or an engineer requiring fieldwork for a flood study. Located near the square in Decatur, we are not only close to the courthouse, but to our clients as well. In addition to our extensive survey work in Dekalb County, we provide services for the entire metro Atlanta region; including Fulton, Gwinnett, Forsyth, Cobb, Hall, Barrow, Henry, Clayton & Rockdale Counties.

At Dekalb Surveys, we have more than 15 years experience in high volume builder services. From the initial HLP, LDP or RDP submttal to the final asbuilt survey for sales, we will handle the entire process. In addition, our experience with the final platting process throughout the Atlanta area allows us to take over any partially developed subdivision and bring it up to current standards for final platting & continued development. We have tracked home sites from start to finish in some of the largest subdivisions in the Metro Atlanta area for national builders.
