William J Suiter Land Surveying, Inc. has been in business in Palm Bay since May of 1989. Bill, as he is known to his friends and customers, is a sixth generation Floridian and comes from a long line of Surveyors. Bill's Great-grandfather was a Surveyor. Bill's dad, Jack Suiter, was a Surveyor in the Army during the 1950's. Bill studied surveying by apprenticing with his father's company during the summers while in High School. Bill became a Licensed Surveyor in July 1985. Bill brings experience, trust and knowledge of the area to each and every survey, plan or certificate produced.

WJS Land Surveying uses state of the art equipment to complete your job and deliver the highest quality product. Precision is of utmost importance. The Nikon NPL-352 Total Station measures angles to the nearest second and measures distances to the nearest thousandth of a foot. Perfect for accurate field measurements. The Epoch GPS (Global Positioning System) Unit utilizes satellites for pin-point field Surveying. It has a minimum accuracy of 5 hundredths of a foot horizontally and a tenth of a foot vertically.
