I called late Friday afternoon when my washing machine stopped while washing a rug. Made an appt for Monday at 4pm. They told me to try it in a couple hours as it may have just overheated. Tried it this am and it works great! I really appreciate a repair company that will give you alternatives that you might be able to do yourself to save money rather than having a repair company come out. I will definitely use this company for any appliance repair in the future and recommend them to anyone who would need their services. Great customer service!$
