The Village is extending the leaf collection program to all Village residents to the week after Thanksgiving. Please follow the guidelines outlined below to participate in the extended leaf collection. Your leaves may not be collected on Monday. The Public Works Department will make one pass down all streets in the Village and it may take several days for all the leaves to be collected depending on the volume of leaves. If it snows, the extended collection may be canceled. The Village uses the same vehicles for leaf collection and snow removal, and providing safe street conditions during a snow storm will take priority.
Thank you for your interest in the Private Participation Concrete Replacement Program (PPCRP) offered by the Village of Elk Grove Village. The program allows property owners in the Village to use competitively bid prices to replace their existing driveway apron and adjacent curb. Each year the Village competitively bids a Concrete Replacement Program and the awarded bid prices are extended to Village residents. The Community Development Department will administer the contract, complete the permit application and inspect the work to ensure that the work is in compliance with Village Codes and Standards.
