Very happy with the end results of my ac units.
Was disappointed that the area wasn't measured and prepped ahead of time. The size of the units were bigger than the current pads.
Was even more disappointed that the worker was going to leave it and thought it was "fine" rigged up the way he did.
I had to call the owner Daryl who promised satisfaction and held true to his word.
After now, waiting for rains to pass, finally got the area pad concreted and is complete. Thanks Daryl. Looking forward to many years of service with you.

My wife and I were complaining recently that companies don't care about customers anymore. We do our part. We pay the full price for the service yet companies only seem to do the bare minimum in return.
Daryl's A/C and Heating gave us a much needed reprieve from the bare minimum approach. Daryl sent two guys out to fix my issue. They were unable to fix the problem as it was a plumbing issue. However, after the guys got back to the shop Daryl had them turn around and come back out to my place. He instructed them to reroute a drain line so that we could use the AC until we could clear the clogged pipe, at which point they'll come back out to route the lines in the normal manner.
He did what he didn't have to do. Now I'll do what I don't have to do, which is to continue using Daryl and his guys, and telling anyone who needs AC and Heating repairs about them.

My A/C stopped cooling so I called Daryl's late in the day yesterday. I was worried that it was my capacitor, because the last company that I had out to clean and do maintenance service (in June) said that my capacitor was going bad. Daryl answered, and he was very helpful. Michael came out within 20 minutes of my call. He found that both my main and secondary pans were filled with drain water. My drains were totally clogged. (So the former company did not do a good job in June, if they even cleaned the lines at all). Not only that, my capacitor is fine. The former company wanted $500 to change my capacitor (so glad I didn't do that with them). IF it had been a bad capacitor, Daryl's was only going to charge $200 to replace it based on my unit's size. Wow! What a difference! Anyway, Michael checked EVERYTHING out, inside and out, cleaned the lines well and had it cooling again for a great price. My parents also needed a good plumber, so I asked Michael and he referred a great plumber who went out to my parent's house that same day and fixed their problem for a reasonable price. I could not be happier! I HIGHLY recommend Daryl's A/C and Heating!

My new home started having AC issues the first year I moved in. The installer could not figure out the problem. This summer the AC stopped cooling completely. Daryl sent over Waylon & Blake. Waylon was unbelievably thorough. He knew exactly what the problem was and began the repair. I showed an interest in the system so Waylon explained to me what he found and answered all of my questions. Waylon is a Veteran and his military training came through by the way he went above and beyond to make sure my issue was repaired with the upmost integrity and professionalism. Daryl explained to me before the job what different scenarios might cost so I was not caught off guard when I got the invoice. I am happy with my repair and I hope that the rest of the system continues to work! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our A/C went out last night (7/2). We called Daryl's AC & Heating early this a.m. We left a message and Daryl promptly called back. He told us his guys would be at our house between 12:00 and 2:00. Waylon and Jordan showed up around 1:15. They encouraged me to join them outside at the A/C unit and they could tell me in three to five minutes what the issue was. They immediately saw that we had a bad capacitor. They had the replacement parts with them and replaced the capacitor. They then proceeded to hose down our filthy unit.
Both Waylon and Jordan were super nice and very professional. My husband was at work today, so I was home alone. I felt very comfortable with Waylon and Jordan at my house. They were here and had our A/C up and running in 45 minutes. The total price was much less than we had anticipated. I am beyond pleased with Daryl's. I highly recommend this business.
