Premier Structures Inc. was founded by Elliot Grimshaw on a vision to build projects for others, with the safety and precision he would do for himself and with the honesty and respect he would do for his family. Not long afterward The Port of San Francisco hired Premier to be the project manager for Oracle Racing Properties and America's Cup Race Management for the 34th America's Cup held in San Francisco. Ready to tackle larger projects, Diane Siuda was brought on as Sr. Project Manager to head up general contractor contracts for such clients as Solar City, Silicon Valley University and Atwater Tavern Restaurant.
