There was a lack of output that he was satisfied with the other large roofing companies he has worked for in the Norwood, Massachusetts area. I recently had my roof replaced and wanted to share my experience with RES...
It’s always a challenge to find a good home improvement company...I have never written a review before but after my outstanding experience I felt I had to share the outstanding service I received from RES...
They stripped and replaced my roof in one day. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I came home and it struck me how clean the yard was. Not one nail or piece of debris could be found. There are two short stories that I will tell to show impressive this company is...
1.) I did notice that one my bushes in the front yard was slightly damaged from the shingles coming off the roof. I pointed it out to Dave, who is the owner, and he asked me how much I would I need to replace it. I said $50.00 would work. He quickly said let’s make it $100.00 and call it a day. Now how many companies would go above and give you more than what you asked for. I was truly impressed with his caring of my property.
2.) On the final walk through I paid my balance and thanked him for the great job and we said our goodbyes. I went back into my house to finish working and a few minutes later I hear noises and there he was going over my walk with his magnet machine and he also used his leaf blower to do another buzz around the yard. Now this was after I had paid and thought he was all done. Again what company after getting paid and saying goodbye would go that extra mile. I was truly astounded.

Overall I would give RES the highest recommendation I can. In all my years, and there are many, this was the best home remodeling experience I have ever experience bar none.

RES is by far the best company to go to for any of your home improvement needs. Dave, Mark and Tyler are the most hardworking people I have ever met! It can be very difficult to find reliable people to do work on your home- but look no further- RES truly demonstrates what it means to put customers first! I was beyond pleased with the customer service and outcome. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
Dave and his team did a great job on our new roof. Made much needed repairs and upgrades and the finished product is great!

I contacted RES Home Improvements for an estimate on a new roof and their response was quick. They came out within a couple days and basically pin pointed where the issue was coming from (near the chimney). They sent us a fair and reasonable estimate quickly and answered all of our questions. We booked them soon after and they were able to complete our roof within the next week. Great company, reasonable, great work and cleanup. I’d highly recommend.

I have had Dave and his crew complete a few different jobs for us, and I wouldn't use anyone else but RES In the future. The attention to detail, work ethic and quality is impeccable. Everyone on the crew was friendly, courteous and respectful. They cleaned the site each day - you wouldn't know they had been there! I highly recommend them!
