Originally located in the North Beach area, Lutz relocated to a new building on 17th street in 1983. Currently, it is under ownership of Jerry Hotarek who purchased the business from Mr. Bill Lutz in 1982. The company has experienced a tremendous growth, servicing the entire Local Area. Our Decorative Plumbing Showroom was open in 1991 by Susie Hotarek and was an immediate success providing faucets, fixtures and accessories from all major brands.
