If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we won't consider the job done until you are satisfied with the results.
I called the day before the 4th Of July and was able to get Someone to come out and look at my air conditioner. Jake found the problem right away and installed a new motor in a short amount of time and cleaned it. He did an excellent job and their customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend this company.
Our system was recently deemed unrepairable by a Nicor technician as our system was over 24 years old and already had one modification due to unavailable parts. After getting a few estimates and recommendations we chose Kustom and couldn't be happier. My wife worked with Todd and came up with a system to meet our needs and due to not having a functioning system at all was able to get us moved up on the install schedule. Our installers/ service techs Jeff K. and Ed P. were professional, friendly, and efficient. Our new system/ configuration looks awesome and works wonderful. Everything is so much quieter now which really helps as the system is inside the house in a utility room right off our main living room. I just can't get over how neat and tidy the ducting and pipe work is now. Thank you all!
