In wake of the COVD-19 pandemic, we would like to inform all our customers that we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and we are here to help with any plumbing needs the may occur. We are open for business and we are taking new calls for service and Repiping. All our existing scheduled appointments will be completed. All our plumbers and office staff follow a strict cleaning and sanitizing procedure to include, trucks, tools and equipment. Our office staff are asking all our new and existing customers a couple of questions to protect the safety of everyone.

Shamrock came out the same day we discovered a leak from a pinpoint hole in the bathroom faucet line. James took the time, was very courteous, turned off the water line, and came back when we called to let them know we purchased a new faucet and lines. He replaced the old with the new and he was just such a nice guy. Coming up from Miami, it was wonderful being able to get same day service. In Miami we had to pay through the roof for same day service. Shamrock was very conservatively priced. Thank you for your professionalism.
I can only give 5 Stars, but would rate Shamrock Plumbing much higher. Their staff and technicians were nothing but honest, courteous, knowable, fair with pricing, accommodating with appointment with my crazy schedule. They arrived with all the tools & supplies needed for the job and the ones that I ask about when they were at my appointment. A special thank to Alva W., who was sent to check out a leak from possible re-piping but found the problem was with the sewage drain and stayed to to fix the problem. Alva also advised I call the Orange County waste management to check out their line as the issue was possible with Orange County side of the Lateral. Again thank you soo much Alva, I would have never have known who to call or that I needed to call for help with that problem. No other Plumbing Companies have ever been so helpful, honest, down to earth or fair in the 24 years I have been in my home. I will definitely recommend them to everyone for all your plumbing needs.
