Our project managers will create a construction plan that is cost and time effective. The plan will include timelines that work for new construction and tenant development, safety hazard assessment and planning, and material planning. Once the project is complete, our clients get an in-depth training so they know how to use their new system. The training will include a DVD, e-courses, and in-person demonstration. ITM (inspection, testing & maintenance) are the next steps we take to follow up and make sure that the initial work we do is solid and that the work we do is on par with our standards.
